With this concept track I started out again with transistor bass. I had a melody constant surging through my brain.
After some tweaking and changing the sound to my taste, using the transistor bass preset Endurance to give the right sound. I’m not sure if I will remove the bass from the melody. Because this give the melody some body. Sub-bass will be removed though, for the kick to come true.
A simple kick and hihat (attack kick 14) from Modeaudio samples. PEQ2 (parametric equalizer 2) on the hihat to remove the low/mid.
